Welcome to Todd Lakes! Located at the top of the Chesapeake Bay, nestled in rolling hills and countryside steep in history, Todd Lakes is recognized among the premier private addresses of Harford County, Maryland. Initially established in land records of 1980 by Eugene “Ute” Todd and his wife Billie, our community grew of their vision for a truly unique collection of custom homes built on properties with sweeping views of equestrian pasture and farmland which had been, and continues to be, cared for by generations of Harford County’s finest families. Mr. and Mrs. Todd, and their parents before, farmed the land themselves for many years. Much of the surrounding area is now in preservation and our six lakes, abundant with fish and birds, are essential environmental components of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. As to those custom homes, no two houses in Todd Lakes are alike. From mid-century modern to traditional Georgian, Tudor to Spanish colonial, each has its own distinguishable architectural design, and each is constructed to the highest standards of excellence. We are proud to represent the tradition, elegance, and values inherent in the Todd name.
